About Hannah Ford

Hannah Ford is a California singer-songwriter, artist, educator, and worship leader whose music celebrates faith, hope, the beauty of nature, and the wonder found in everyday moments.

​

She has released more than four albums of original music and has shared her music throughout the United States and internationally. Having traveled to 26 countries, Hannah has developed a deep appreciation for different cultures and the unique way music connects people across languages and backgrounds.

Born in San Diego, raised in the Los Angeles area, and educated in Northern California, Hannah's diverse upbringing has shaped both her music and her heart for people. Whether leading worship, performing original music, teaching elementary art, or exploring the outdoors, her desire is to encourage creativity, hope, and genuine human connection.

Throughout her music career, Hannah has performed live on ABC News (South Dakota) and JCTV, been featured on National Public Radio (NPR) and KSON, was named The Fish Radio's Fresh New Artist of the Year from more than 2,300 artists throughout Southern California, opened for TobyMac and Newsboys, and served as a vocal coach for Youth With A Mission's King's Kids on a European tour.

In 2026, Hannah's Wall of Rain video reached more than 8 million people across social media and was featured by news organizations around the world. The Weather Channel described the phenomenon as a "meteorological marvel. "The experience—and the conversations it inspired with people around the globe—became the inspiration for her song "Wall of Rain."

Today, Hannah continues to write, record, and perform original music while teaching elementary art in San Diego. Through her music, she hopes to inspire hope, creativity, gratitude, and a sense of wonder. Her original music has been featured in independent films and is available for licensing in film, television, advertising, and digital media projects.
