Hannah Ford's music ministry is about reaching those who are believers in Jesus, as well as those who aren't. In the US and internationally, she leads worship, as well as does ministry concerts. She not only helps to equip the body of Christ, but she brings the message out and sings in prisons, drug and alcohol rehab groups, at-risk youth camps, on the streets, international youth outreaches, orphanges, children's homes, etc.

Hannah has never raised money for her albums before, but with her busy schedule in ministry she hasn't been able to make much money from her latest projects. Hannah's "Seed-D" Ministry 
Hannah calls her cds "Seed-ds" because she loves to seed them into people's lives. So far, because of people's support, she has been able to travel and do ministry outreach concerts, donating cds around the world-- 600 to Russian college students, 500 in the Philippines, 200 in Israel and Palestine, as well as bringing more to Morocco, Mexico, prisons, and foster care youth. Pretty much, wherever Hannah goes, she loves investing what God has given her into others' lives.  She has been blessed to see the fruit of how God uses it!
